Rental rates depend on the length of stay and time of year.

Peak Periods:

The home is only available for weekly rental for the dates listed below:
May 28-August 22, Thanksgiving Week, December 20-January 1, Easter Week, & Spring Break
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends are available for 4-day stays

Mid-Peak Periods:

March, April, & May except for Spring Break, Easter, & Memorial Day.

Off-Peak Periods:
August 22-December 20 (with exception of Labor Day and Thanksgiving), January 2-March 1
The home is available for 3 night minimum stay during off-peak & mid- peak periods.

 

Extended Off-Peak Stays are Negotiable

Prices are Subject to Change

Additional Fees and Conditions:
$250 Cleaning Fee
$1000 Refundable Security Deposit
13% rental tax
10:00 AM Check- out
4:00 PM Check- in
This is a smoke- free establishment
NO pets allowed
